Grabe ung babaeng to c Christine... sobrang sinungaling.. i transact to her yesterday.. i get mug, keychain, tumbler, pins.. worth 13K! and she said na ok un mug.. ek ek..

eto na ang kwento.. kahapon i text her na tuloy ang transaction namin that day.. she said ok.. peprepare na daw nila ung order. then i ask her na kung pede sa divi kmi mag meet since dun ang punta ko.. she text me back and she say that "sa recto na lang tau magmeet kc out of way sa delivery namin (ewan ko kung san..).. and so on and so ford...  then nung sinabi nyang sa recto kami magkita.. kinabahan ako.. kc baka dun nya lang kunin ung item.. so itext her.. sabi ko"bakit sa recto? baka dun mo lang kukunin ung item ha.." and she said "NO" ... My God! Nung nasa recto na ko,, sabi nya kita daw kami sa chowking. corner ng avenida at recto... usapan namin 4:30pm sabi ko dapat sakto ung oras kc may hinahabol din akong oras.. aba ang babaeng c christine.. dumaan ang 4:45pm wala pa din and she say na traffic daw.. kesyo trafic trafic trafic... after 15 mins ulit.. actually sunod sunod n ung txt ko.. and paulit ulit na sagot nya is trafic.. eh tuloy tuloy naman ang mga sasakyan panu sya matatagalan ng ganun.. then nagtxt pa cya na malapit na.. tanaw n nya ung chowking.. tpos.. ang tagal tagal pa din nung sinabi nyang tanaw nya na ung chowking.. un pala andun lang cya sa malapit sa chowking and dun kumuha ng stock! sa kakilala ko pa!

Pero indi ko pa nalaman un until kumuha na kmi ng taxi.. dun kami mismo tumapat sa tindahan ng kinukunan ko dati!!!!!

sobrang nakakainis kc ilang beses ko cya tinanong "baka galing lang yang mga mug kay _____ ha? and she told me na indi na daw.. kesyo.. iba daw un.. hay sobrang sinungaling tlaga...

ang haba pa sana ng kwento ko kaso pag naaalala ko un, nahihiblood tlaga ako.. Sobrang Manloloko..

eto pa nanggigigil tlaga ako.. pag uwi ko ng bahay.. wala ung tumbler na order ko!! tpos ung button pins.. sobrang nakakainis! 300 pcs indi ko magamit.. indi pasya!..

hoy christine! akala mo cguro pinupulot lang namin ung pera.. indi ka responsable..!

Sobrang disappoint tlaga ako!

Note:i just put different ad.id coz d ko na makita ung ad nya for the tarp. but its still her item.

HI Guys ito po ung complete name and address nya. 1st transaction ko po ok naman. Pero the second time po,i paid for the tarp last month pa, hanggang ngayon wala pa rin. Excuse nya po nag ka bali2x daw xa. Un din excuse nya dati sa delay of delivery. Hope she is telling the truth. I cannot contact her three numbers..globe,smart and landline. I think naka divert. Sabi nya a few days ago papadala nya na daw sa cebu pacific, until now, wala pa rin po.  If anyone of u na may kakilala sa valenzuela city, pls help us nalang po. Salamat.

Hi,

Your tarpaulin was sent out a day before you posted this feedback. You would have gotten your tarpaulin already if you only checked with cebu pacific, i even texted you your airway bill number.
I understand na natakot ka with the previous feedback you read, but as i said i was hospitalized and already made amends. This is not your first transaction and i though you knew us already, we wouldnt run from anything. please post here that you already received your taRP. and yes my phone was not on its a dual sim phone since my arm is in cast how can use it?

Hi. I'm the one who ordered and paid for the three Manny Pacquiao shirts. I paid for the shirt last Monday (through gcash mobile no 0917-3395719 Name- Mary Christine Guevarra)and was confirmed. I was given assurance that I will receive the shirts by wednesday. I'll be sending it to Australia by thursday that's why I accepted your guarantee. I communicated/texted well with you guys. You (my textmate at 09189436973) said that you'll be sending me the tracking number but until now, thursday at 8:50pm, haven't received it(EVEN THE PACKAGE) coz you keep on giving me your "traffic" excuses last tuesday. I tried to be patient in dealing with you but you were not a very responsible seller. As I've said in my text messages (I called you a lot of  times but no answer), if you have problems with or without regards to my shirts, you could have been decent enough to inform me. Be honest in telling me if you cannot deliver on time. I would have appreciated it. The shirts are the only thing my brother asked for as pasalubong and I might end up dissappointing him. No thanks to you. I have bought a lot of stuff in the internet but this is my first time to encounter this. The ebay sellers are more professional, they let me know if the shipment will be late or send me the tracking number as soon as they post it.
if you cant deliver by tomorrow, please send me back my payment, it's the most decent thing you can do. I'm not posting this on the negative feedback to give you a chance to redeem yourself to other buyers. But please, please, please, don't do this again.
***Update while typing this, just received a call from you. You gave me excuses, k, accepted. Still cant help but be doubtful until I receive the packaged tom before 10 am as promised. If am satisfied, will leave you a good feedback. Please dont fail me.

Its funny na d2 tau ngkkausap. well, u said that u will text me on the next morning, but iv waited and waited on that day. sana tumawag ka na lang, nkalinya ka pala eh. wala ka na inoffer na solution sa naging problem natin. i planned to text u more, pero nkkapagod na maghabol d ba? kung ayaw mu naman palitan ung mugs. or sana man lang half the price. Im willing to give u another chance dat day, ppgawa ko pa ung 10 mugs na nkapending sa akin d2, if only u will text me dat sunday. e hanggang ngaun wala ako nttangap na text.

About sa price, eh nkalagay kasi sa website mu 75 pesos. wala naman nkalagay dun na iba price for individual designs sa mugs. i can settle with 80 pesos kung talagang kelangan. ung meetup natin sa cubao, ikaw ngssuggest nun. actually, u suggest that the first time i called u; inquiring plang talaga ako nun. And tinupad ko ung 520 pesos na payment ko, even the 20 pesos. Sabi mo wag na, but i still gave that to you. Kasi un ang usapan natin. I dont care much about the price, I care for the quality talaga.

one thing i regret is that sana sinabi mu na sa akin na panget ung pic nung unang mug before u print them all at sana hindi mu minadali or sana nprint mu sya nung thursday pa lang pra ngkaintindihan tau. kasi im so frustrated to waste my 500 on that mugs. im really trying to earn here, nalugi pa. 

And, i find better sellers here in manila. :) they value the customers, minsan sila pa ang humahabol sa customers. They laid out all their cards well. malinaw ang usap and organized. Ive worked with good advertisers at mas maselan pa sila at madetalye kaysa sa akin.

Anyway, thanks na lang din sa efforts mu. kaya lang sayang kasi tinapon lang ung mugs na binigyan natin ng effort at time. Learn from our experience. Btw, I texted u sunday morning on your 3 contact numbers, i dont know if all my text were lost. I got no reply from u.

So UNPROFESSIONAL! I have talked to Christine Genavia here. I am ordering just 6 different mugs for my client in US (just to check the quality first before ordering more). I called the smart number listed in their ad last Feb28 and I said that i would be ordering 6 personalized mugs. Asked her if it will be ok to get that mug on March 7, saturday and if we can meet halfway. She said yes but i have to submit the pictures before wednesday (march 4), so she'll have more time do it so i can get it by saturday and we'll be meeting at cubao. I also informed her that i need very good quality prints on the mug, as my client is very detailed and perfectionist in terms of the product that they'll be getting. She said, "hindi daw ako mpapahiya" and they have Class A sublimation prints. I also asked her what are the dimensions of the wrap around print layout, as I will do the compilation and layouting of the picture of my client, as what my clients wants. I knew basic Photoshop, so I know how to crop the pictures and make it a collage. So I send the pictures and the Gcash by wednesday. I even asked her to email me the exact color of the medium green they have (but she didn't do it). I also reminded her about saturday,10 am meeting. So, the night before our meeting (that's friday), i texted her about our meeting on Saturday 10am, and then she just asked me if we can meet after lunch. I said no, because i thought we were ok with the time and i have an appointment by lunchtime. If i would not text her first, she will not inform me that the mugs were still not yet printed. Then, by saturday we end up meeting at 5pm at trinoma. Then gosh the print is horrible!!! minadali talaga!!!! palusot nya is that the resolution should be 300 and not 72. yes, i submitted 72 resolution, as she didnt informed me that it should be 300. If only she tell me that the pictures will not be good if she will print it by 72 resolution, then i could adjust it before saturday. but the f***! she printed the mugs on saturday morning!!!! How unprofessional! then now, i asked for a refund or a reprint of all the mugs on her cost, and she didn't text me again. I have been in a business since im a child, and i know how to make the customers happy. But for her, SHE ONLY NEEDED THE MONEY. SHE DONT CARE If THE CUSTOMER WOULD BE HAPPY OR NOT. BEWARE! THEY DONT PRODUCE CLASS A PRODUCTS. IL BE POSTING THE PICTURES OF THE MUG. HINDI LANG AKO NAPAHIYA SA CLIENT KO, TINANGGIHAN PA. HINDI MATINO KAUSAP. IN BUSINESS (DEAR!!!) KPAG SINABI MO, GAWIN MO. BUSINESS YAN EH. BE PROFESSIONAL DEAR. IT IS NOT MY FAULT KUNG MINADALI MU PAGPRINT NG PICTURES. I SUBMITTED IT AHEAD OF TIME. DAMI BUBBLES NUNG PICTURE. THEN UNG PAGKAGREEN NG MUG, LIGHT GREEN. LAKI NG BILL KO SA CELLPHONE KASI AKO PALAGI TUMATAWAG SA KANYA TO COMMUNICATE. WHEN UR IN BUSINESS, YOU NEED TO COMMUNICATE WITH UR CUSTOMER PARA MGKAINTINDIHAN KAYO. BE ORGANIZED! GET A CALENDAR! SO BEWARE! DONT TRANSACT WITH THIS. MARAMI PA SA GILMORE NA PERSONALIZED MUGS.  AT SAKA UNG SA REBEL'D'ART, OKAY DIN PRINT NILA, MAKATI NGA LANG SILA. AT SAKA PAY KA LANG HALF, DONT PAY THEM IN FULL OR ELSE DI KA NA NILA PAPANSININ PAG MEI PROBLEMA KA SA PRINT, KASI NKUHA NA NILA PERA NILA!  CHRISTINE GENAVIA, I TOLD U I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

wow dianne! it was good to hear from you. you probably should have texted me first. well anyway. you're saying that we are unprofessional when it comes to dealing withn you. we both know na pinagbingyan ko ung request mo regrding the mugs. you said medium green and that's what i've given you. the inner color mugs with personalized print that you ordered since mag kakaiba sila ng image should have been priced at 80 pesos each pero sabi mo 75 pesos na lang since you're also selling it.
We printed what you the file that you sent. its not only the resolution that's the problem. kasi kugn yung resolution na 72 as you quoted here ang problema we can easily change it to 300 and we're done. The problem is the pictures itself. Since ki nollage mo xa.. iba iba ang dim ng picture. may maayos may hindi. if i were to adjust it, merong sobrang liwanag, merong sobrang dilim. so yun, you know what im quite astounded na kaya mo pang mag comment ng ganyan. when in fact pinagbigyan pa kita ng meetup for what.. 70 pesos? kasi kamo pambenta mo ren.. that's fine, but dear you know where i live right? valenzuela city right beside bulacan. so if you're saying na mukang pera ako, i woudnt waste my time meeting you na hindi naman macocompensate yung efforts and pamasahe ko.
You submitted the pictures to be printed,. i printed them as is.

NAtuwa lang ako kasi you sounded so sweet on the phone.. i even texted you na we'll give you half the amount you paid if you order those mugs again. And this is the thanks i get.

You stated fairly clearly na you're a not so happy costumer. BUt with this attitude that you showed, i doubt you'd find a happy seller.. ( or even a contented one.)

After all i've done dianne..
nakakdisappoint ka..'

And oh, by the way YOU ARE NOT THE ONE WHO'S ALWAYS CALLING ME..
naka line naman po ako.. so i wouldnt mind a few pesos para maka usap ka.

Wise up. Own up na may mali ka rin..

thanks for the mugs. they were great! my client were happy with the print and the glossy effect and all that! here's to the next 1000 pieces that they'll be ordering next week!!
